TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. 1. Images to be submitted should not exceed 300 kilobytes in file size. Only images featuring children aged 2-18 years old may qualify.
2. 2. The participant is deemed to be the holder of the established email account associated with the entry.
3. 3. The participant submitting the entry must be the parent or legal guardian of the child appearing in the photograph.
4. 4. By submitting the entry, participant is warranting that the participant owns the photograph and that it is original, non-professional, and not previously published.
5. 5. By submitting the entry, participant is granting to SCJ the right to use the photograph for commercial purposes for an unlimited time.
6. 6. By submitting the entry, participant agrees and hereby releases SCJ and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents, officers and directors from any and all liability or responsibility arising in connection with participation in Photo of the Week.
7. 7. SCJ reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject photographs which are deemed in its sole discretion to be obscene, profane, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
8. 8. SCJ assumes no responsibility for entries unable to be processed for any technical reason.
9. 9. The owner of the photo releases SCJ a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right to use the photo. Participant agrees that entry constitutes permission for SCJ to have the option of using the name, hometown, likeness, photograph, voice and statements of both participant and the child depicted in photograph chosen as Photo of the Week. Such use will be without compensation and may be for editorial, public relations, promotional or advertising purposes, or any other purpose as deemed reasonable by SCJ.
